LOFAR stations are monitored regularely to provide an overview of the status of the
hardware by performing stationtests. The stationtest results end up in a database
that keeps track of a number of failure definitions in the course of time for individual
station-level components:
LBA RCU/antenna (x,y), HBA RCU/tile (x,y), HBA element (x,y), TBB.

A number of statistics and trends are being followed over time based on the stationtests
in order to monitor the hardware performance, and to identify possible causes of regular
failing components. This is mostly of interest for the Radio Observatory and is work in progress.
